Shipping
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by TNT Brands, Ltd. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks of receiving your order. All orders are shipped via UPS, and when available, the tracking information will be provided. We don't ship to APO's or POB's or to Hotels. No orders are shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Our site automatically computes shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping cart, and upon checkout will prompt you to choose the method of UPS delivery you wish. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. We need time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it.
Shipping Plasma Screen TV's
Plasma Displays are shipped by Truck Freight and are fully insured during shipment. All Plasma Screens are shipped double-boxed, strapped standing upright on a pallet. Customer must call our customer service depertment at 1-214-335-9207 within 24 hours of receipt to report any missing items from the delivery. Delivery time is usually 1-7 days from the date the order is shipped in the continental U.S. depending on your location. Please note units are usually shipped 5-6 business days from the time order is placed. Express shipping is available; please call for details. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada may be subject to additional shipping charges, please call for more information.
Shipment
Most Plasma Display Televisions are shipped by Truck and tracking information may be emailed to you when available. If you have not received tracking information for your shipment within 7 business days, please email customercare@tntbrands.com for the status of your order. Special order items may take up to two weeks for shipment.
Ship to address - Alternate Shipping/Billing Address
We can ship to an alternate shipping/billing address; however, we do not recommend it since this may delay your order. if you must ship your order to an address other than the billing address, please call the customer service number on the back of your credit card after ordering and have your shipping address listed as an authorized "Alternate Shipping Address" on your account. This will only add an extra shipping address to your credit card file and will not change your billing address. It only takes a few minutes and will help avoid any delays in the shipment of your order. Orders that have shipping addresses that are not authorized will not be processed for shipment.
Special Handling
Orders requiring Rush Delivery and/or Special Handling will be subject to additional special handling charges. When we receive an order requiring special handling we will inform you by email of any additional charges. If you would like to request special handling or rush delivery please email customer service (customercare@tntbrands.com) or call to speak to a TNTBrands.com representative atl 1-214-335-9207.

You can simply proceed with your order, add all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and you will come a page that will display the different UPS Shipping options available for your order. Next to each delivery option listed, is the charge for that option. You can always see the shipping charge before you complete your purchase.
